In Harmony Arts and Wellness was founded with the intention of helping parents feel empowered to take time for self-care so they can feel more calm and regulated. We believe the more calm and centered a parent is, the more they can model these skills so their child can learn them too. Our mission is to promote mental and physical wellbeing by offering creative and convenient wellness experiences for the whole family.
We offer an all-in-one membership with classes for adults, kids, and families. You can find samples of our classes on our YouTube Channel. ...short creative movement and meditation videos for parents and caregivers to realistically fit into your busy day - from meditating in your car while you are waiting for your child to finish their music class or sports practice, stretching with baby in a grown up and baby yoga flow, or a guided relaxation for sleep once the kids are in bed.
